Winner gets 2000 TipTop Coins to his personal account. They decide to spend it and place a request for 10000 Russian roubles. And, because they can cover up to 20% of selling amount, they decide to use their coins in this exchange. Therefore, they are only required to sell 8000 Russian roubles!
